St. Charles Health System is seeking a part-time Temporary Support Services Coordinator for the Home Health department in Bend, OR. The role supports the Home Health and Lifeline teams, coordinates staff and supplies, and ensures efficient administrative operations within Community Care.

The position emphasizes fiscal responsibility, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with directors and managers to meet goals. Travel to SCHS worksites and valid Oregon driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to travel to SCHS worksites.
• Two years office management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• One year home health office management experience (preferred).
• Two years supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily needs of the Home Health and Lifeline departments.
• Provides administrative support to Home Health and Lifeline teams.
• Assists caregivers and leadership with Kronos/timecard issues and back-up as needed.
• Uses purchasing system to order supplies and equipment for the department.
• Manages Home Health supply process and supports clinical staff with orders.
• Coordinates scheduling and meetings for Home Health staff and leadership.
• Supports hiring process including orientation and education.
• Contributes to budget development and operational targets.
