Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be CMA or EMT certification, or obtain one within six months.
• Pre-employment competency exam required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• One to two years ambulatory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and exam-room readiness.
• Assist with vital signs, venipuncture, immunizations, and basic procedures.
• Support MD/APP with procedures and prescriptions.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe treatment areas.
• Interact professionally with patients and care team.
