WMCP WMC Physician Practices in Weirton, WV is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver ambulatory nursing care using the nursing process and independent clinical judgment. The role emphasizes timely licensure, patient assessment, and collaboration with the health care team.

The incumbent will educate patients and families, update care plans based on acuity, and contribute to staff orientation and mentoring within a busy clinic setting.

Competenze

• Current RN license or multi-state license via eNLC is required.
• Must obtain permanent RN licensure within the stated timelines.
• Temporary permits are state-specific and not multi-state.
• WV Grad Permit requires timely conversion within 180 days of graduation.

• Provide direct ambulatory nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform initial patient assessment to guide follow-up with care team.
• Develop and update daily care plans based on patient acuity.
