Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within ambulatory setting using the nursing process.
• Performs preliminary assessment of patients and coordinates follow-up with health care team.
• Evaluates unstable or complex patient care situations and intervenes appropriately.
• Uses independent nursing judgment and collaborates with care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assists in orientation and mentoring of new staff; supports professional development.
