Job summary

UCI Health in Irvine seeks a supervisor for front desk and scheduling/registration teams, working closely with Medical Center administration and clinic physicians to ensure seamless patient flow and adherence to policies.

You will analyze operational data, prepare reports, and support resource management within the cancer center, with an emphasis on service quality, accuracy, and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience working in a primary or specialty care clinic.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
