UCI Health, the clinical enterprise of the University of California, Irvine, seeks an experienced clinic supervisor to lead daily operations, coordinate patient care, and optimize resources within the clinic setting.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication. You will work closely with Medical Center administration and physicians to ensure adherence to policies and deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a primary or specialty care clinic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated healthcare leadership experience (6+ months).
• Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts related to practice management.
• Familiarity with UC/healthcare policies and procedures.
• California LVN license is preferred.
