Job summary

University of California, Irvine Health seeks a supervisor to oversee front desk and scheduling/registration staff across the cancer center. You will work closely with Clinical administration and physicians to ensure efficient patient flow and resource utilization.

You will analyze performance data, prepare reports, and help shape policies and procedures. The role requires leadership experience, clinic familiarity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience working in a primary or specialty care clinic.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
