Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Supervisor, Ambulatory Care Call Center Operations to oversee the NPO, Phone Triage, and Central Scheduling teams. You will manage time labor, drive team performance, and resolve issues while coordinating with nurse navigation and clinic staff to ensure accurate scheduling and proper triage of calls.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to optimize scheduling for new and returning patients, supporting smooth operations under the Manager, Ambulatory Care Ops.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare-related setting.
• General experience with hospital scheduling and billing systems, preferably Epic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise organizational and administrative operations of the NPO, Phone Triage, and Central Scheduling teams.
• Support time labor management, team performance, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with nurse navigation, phone triage nursing, and clinics/network sites to ensure accurate appointment scheduling.
• Oversee triage of patient triage calls and coordination with clinical staff.
