Job summary

You will identify scheduling issues, escalate to the Director, and work with nurse navigators and the clinical team to ensure smooth scheduling.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a related role required.
• General experience and extensive knowledge of provider schedules and familiarity with scheduling protocols in other clinical departments.

Responsibilities

• Provides first point of contact and follow-up coordination for high-level patient scheduled services.
• Identifies and escalates scheduling-related concerns to Director and facilitates communication with nurse navigators and the clinical team.
