Qualifications

• Responsible for patient check-in/check-out, registration, insurance verification, referral determinations, active account verification, patient demographic entry and verification, scheduling of appointments, lab and diagnostic services and chemotherapy treatments.
• 3 years experience in a related role; related experience in fast-paced, professional, customer service role can be considered in conjunction with healthcare requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient check-in/check-out and registration activities.
• Verify insurance and referrals; manage scheduling of appointments, labs, and chemotherapy services.
• Rotate assignments across ambulatory care units, following department protocols.
