Trinity Health seeks an experienced administrative leader to oversee department-based workflows within the Ambulatory Service Center. You will coordinate administrative functions, scheduling, and revenue cycle activities while ensuring patient and client experience quality.

The role requires prior experience in a medical business office setting, strong organizational skills, and adherence to Trinity Health policies and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years' of medical business office or ambulatory healthcare business office setting and/or relevant experience.
• One (1) year direct oversight of people in a medical office, ambulatory surgery center, or acute care hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Provides administrative & supportive services, coordinating department processes and ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Oversees staff scheduling, workload distribution, and coordination with management to meet service needs.
• Ensures documentation supports business office functions, including insurance verifications and patient/client records; maintains confidentiality and compliance.

Formação académica

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Two years medical business office/ambulatory healthcare setting

One year direct oversight of staff in medical setting
