Responsibilities

• Identify and elevate patient scheduling concerns to Director and facilitate communication to nurse navigators and clinical team on behalf of patient.
• Assist Director with special projects associated with provider clinic changes including rescheduling patients visits and coordination of all ancillary testing associated with schedule.
