Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking an Ambulatory Care Team Assistant to provide clerical and clinical support for assigned clinics, including scheduling appointments, managing calls, and assisting with daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow.

You will work with the clinical team to prepare for visits, maintain patient confidentiality, use the scheduling system, and help with front-desk tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years related experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and tests using the scheduling system.
• Assist clinical team with patient flow and rooming.
• Manage inquiries via phone and electronic communications.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and support staff in daily operations.
