Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical team to prepare for clinic by completing paperwork and ensuring information is available.
• Communicate with patients and families with excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support clinic operations by monitoring scheduling, wait times, and patient flow; assist with rooming and follow-up scheduling.
