Qualifications

• HS/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end customer service and patient registration.
• Assist with insurance verification and scheduling.
• Perform charge entry and billing edits.
• Support physician and department calendars and credentialing.
• Handle reception, MPI, demographics, visit management, referrals.
