Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products and services.
• Understanding of how business needs vary by industry and market.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million and credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Promote solutions that support profitability while managing risk.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their place of business.
• Identify and pursue new business clients for long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch teams to meet client needs.
• Support assigned branches by adhering to risk management and regulatory requirements.
