Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 – 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to clients based on their financial needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose optimal solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships and review strategies with your manager.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support assigned branches and uphold risk management and regulatory requirements.
