You will manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenues between $1M and $5M, delivering deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000 while focusing on service quality and risk controls.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, products, and services with understanding of industry variations.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and make sound decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and excellent client experience.
• Identify opportunities and promote solutions to maximize portfolio profitability and client value.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify new business clients and build long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet clients' financial goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
