TITLEMAX in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services and help run store operations. You will drive account management, customer outreach, and risk minimization while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing up to 90% of the time and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and related activities.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining strong customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures, including opening/closing and vault management.
• Support in-store and community events and leverage partnerships for referrals.
