Titlemax, Arnold, MO, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with real financial needs while running a store. You will build leadership skills by driving account management, outreach, and risk management in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The role offers on-site work with a 40-hour week, opportunities for promotion, and broad benefits across eleven brands nationwide. This position emphasizes teamwork and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Minimum 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Execute daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery while maintaining customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and support coaching of staff.
• Work on-site activities including store visits and external marketing.
• Assist in audits, reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintain store appearance and handle basic facility needs.
• Commit to a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
