Job summary

United Parks & Resorts is seeking Ambassadors to deliver outstanding guest experiences at Sesame Place. You will lead guest services, assist with leadership hiring, and supervise frontline teams while enforcing safety and park policies.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for customer service. Expect varied duties, including safety-related tasks, training, and occasional setup or breakdown activities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent external experience.
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Maintain proficiency in park knowledge, water rescue, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
• Passion for customer service and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and listening skills.
• Team player with safety mindset.
• Willingness to flexible, varied duties, including setup/breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service and uphold operations standards.
• Interview and hire leadership team members.
• Supervise, train and counsel team members and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Child Labor Laws and park policies.
• Oversee water safety, first aid send-outs, and related procedures.
• Monitor and control labor budgets as directed.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and timely task completion.
