Job summary

Kiss Products is seeking an experienced Amazon Product Development Manager to lead product planning and development for the Amazon channel. Drive catalog strategy, new product roadmaps, pricing, and promotions, coordinating with Brand, Product Development, and Advertising teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end launches, content development, demand forecasting, and KPI tracking while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management and listing optimization.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and launch processes.
• Beauty/cosmetics/CPG experience preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon catalog strategy including SKU rationalization, bundling, and new product roadmap for the channel.
• Partner with Brand and Product Development teams to align product launches with Amazon go-to-market plans.
• Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation for Amazon listings.
• Manage end-to-end new product launches on Amazon including ASIN setup, content development, and promotions.
• Analyze product performance data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely replenishment for key ASINs.
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning to inform strategic decisions.
• Work with Advertising to align campaigns with product lifecycle stages.
• Maintain product compliance with Amazon listing policies and category requirements.
• Track and report on product-level KPIs including conversion rate, BSR, reviews, and revenue contribution.
