Kiss Beauty Group is seeking a results‑driven Assistant Manager, Ecommerce to grow our fashion brand across Amazon and direct‑to‑consumer channels. You will own the ecommerce lifecycle—from launches to promotions, inventory planning and digital advertising.

Responsibilities include managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify operations, optimizing listings, analyzing metrics, and supporting brand storytelling across channels. Collaboration with marketing and supply chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising or related field.
• 3+ years of ecommerce experience with direct responsibility for online marketplaces and D2C.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (required).
• Experience managing Amazon PPC and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon Seller Central and Shopify channels.
• Execute product launches, listings, content optimization, pricing and inventory setup.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate product information and consistent customer experience across channels.
• Develop brand-building initiatives and collaborate with marketing for storytelling.
• Plan promotions and seasonal campaigns across Amazon and D2C platforms.
• Forecast inventory and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts.
• Manage Amazon PPC and Google Ads campaigns, analyze ROAS and CPC, optimize spend.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
