The ideal candidate has a background in marketing or business within the beauty industry, 2–5 years of brand management or product development, and familiarity with OEM/ODM suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of brand management or product development in beauty/cosmetics.
• Experience with OEM/ODM manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
• Experience leading development projects from concept to launch.
• Korean language skills or experience with Korean markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Prepare product briefs including target positioning, formula, packaging, pricing, and performance requirements.
• Evaluate product samples and recommend improvements to formula, packaging, quality, and user experience.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle to maximize business performance.
• Develop pricing recommendations and guidelines for new product launches.
• Support the execution of integrated product launch plans across online and offline channels.
• Develop marketing collateral, product presentations, sales materials, and launch toolkits.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams.
• Track milestones and identify risks to launches.
