The role requires strong analytical acumen and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. You will collaborate with Business Units, Finance, Sales and SCM to align strategies with company goals, build financial models, and drive long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role; large-scale CPG experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process, including mid/long-term strategy development and objective setting.
• Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitive assessments to guide decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support initiatives, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Establish KPIs for strategic initiatives and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
• Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, Sales, and SCM to align plans across the organization.
