KISS Beauty Group is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support the Product Manager in the fashion category, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to manage timelines, documentation, and daily execution to ensure successful product launches aligned with brand and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced fashion product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in executing the end‑to‑end product development process from concept through launch.
• Track product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
• Maintain organized and accurate product documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist with trend research across fashion, accessories, materials, and color.
• Support competitive product analysis and benchmarking.
• Gather consumer and market insights to inform product direction.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Design, Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Organize information, updates, and action items to support cross‑functional alignment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to key stakeholders.
• Manage daily communication with factories regarding product development status, samples, materials, and production‑related issues.
• Coordinate ongoing updates with factories about specifications, timelines, and changes.
• Track and follow up on factory deliverables, confirmations, and approvals to support smooth development and production execution.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Track approvals for components, packaging, and artwork to support production readiness.
• Assist with compliance‑related documentation as needed.
