Kiss Beauty Group in Port Washington, NY is looking for an Assistant Manager, Ecommerce to drive growth across Amazon and D2C channels. You will manage the full ecommerce lifecycle, including launches, merchandising, promotions, and inventory planning.

This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, strong analytics, and collaboration with marketing and operations to optimize performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, or related field.
• 3+ years of ecommerce experience with direct responsibility for online marketplaces and D2C channels.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Experience managing Amazon PPC and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Execute product launches, listings, content optimization, pricing, and inventory setup.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and key metrics.
• Ensure accurate product information and customer experience across digital touchpoints.
• Develop and execute brand-building initiatives across Amazon and D2C platforms.
• Plan and manage promotional calendars (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).
• Forecast inventory and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and Google Ads; analyze performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and derive insights.
