Kiss Products is seeking a Manager of Strategy and Planning to lead the development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives. The role requires strong analytical acumen, market research, and collaboration with Finance, Sales and SCM to align plans with company goals.

Responsibilities include developing mid/long-term strategy, building financial models, monitoring KPIs, and presenting updates to executives and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning to develop mid/long-term strategy and objectives.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitive assessments.
• Develop and maintain financial models for initiatives; forecast and scenario analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior management and board.
• Communicate plans to stakeholders; present to leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align plans with departments.
