Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of Amazon merchandising or online retail.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Amazon merchandising strategies to drive revenue and conversion.
• Lead digital shelf initiatives across product detail pages, brand stores and enhanced content.
• Own analytics to identify risks and opportunities and present strategic recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Creative and Operations.
