Job summary

Joie, a global baby gear brand, seeks an experienced Demand Planning & Account Operations Manager in Solana Beach, CA. You will oversee end-to-end forecasting for two brands, manage data in John Galt, and align brand demand with supply, promotions, and new product introductions.

You will serve as liaison between Brand Account Services and the broader OneTeam supply chain, drive stock optimization, and guide inventory decisions across China Finished Goods while partnering with sales, marketing,

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain, or retail account operations.
• CPG experience in a global organization is preferred.
• Ability to manage large SKU-level datasets with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and weekly forecasting for two brands, ensuring service levels and sales targets.
• Lead data collection and validation into the John Galt platform, ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to align demand with promotions and NPI.
• Oversee inventory management of finished goods and guide replenishment and ordering decisions.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP/forecasting systems and drive continuous improvement across planning processes.
