Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, E-Commerce, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Amazon merchandising, e-commerce, or online retail.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Proven success developing Amazon merchandising strategies that drive revenue and performance.
• Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Amazon merchandising, digital shelf optimization, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Amazon merchandising strategies to drive revenue, conversion, and channel performance.
• Establish priorities based on performance data and marketplace opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve assortment, visibility, and engagement.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead digital shelf strategy and optimize product detail pages and Brand Stores.
• Oversee content like A+ Content, imagery, and video to align with brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales trends and translate data into actionable actions.
• Lead launches and promotions across multiple brands and optimize throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and external agency relationships.
