Joie, a global baby gear brand, seeks an Amazon Marketing Manager to lead Amazon presence from PDPs to Brand Store, driving conversion and brand storytelling in Morgantown, PA.

The role partners with Sales, Ecommerce, and creative teams; requires 3–5 years Amazon experience, Seller Central and PPC expertise; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and 401(k) with match; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience with significant hands-on Amazon experience.
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, PDP optimization, A+ Content, Amazon advertising, and PPC.
• Experience managing external agencies and evaluating advertising strategy and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, product discovery, engagement, and conversion.
• Own and optimize Amazon PDPs, including product copy, imagery, infographics, video, and other content.
• Develop and manage A+ Content to strengthen the customer journey.
• Partner with Amazon advertising agencies to develop and optimize PPC campaigns and ads.
• Analyze traffic, conversions, and performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
