You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product Development to maximize revenue, conversion, and brand excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, E‑Commerce, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Amazon merchandising, e-commerce, or online retail.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead Amazon merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth, conversion, and overall channel performance.
Oversee optimization of product detail pages, Brand Stores, A+ Content, imagery, and video assets.
Lead Amazon content strategy to strengthen storytelling, search visibility, and customer engagement.
Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales trends, search performance, and content effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-functional launch efforts for new products across brands.
Build cross-functional partnerships and manage external agency relationships.
