Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Senior Director, Amazon & Marketplace to own the strategy, P&L, and team. This role drives hero product development and profitable marketplace execution across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify, partnering with Product, Finance, Brand, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in e-commerce with 3+ in leadership; deep Amazon experience (Seller/Vendor Central, ads, listings); proven GMV growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in e‑commerce, Amazon marketplace, or digital commerce for consumer products
• 5+ years hands-on Amazon marketplace experience with Seller/Vendor Central and ads
• Proven track record of owning or driving GMV growth and profitability across large SKU portfolios
• Strong understanding of Amazon growth levers: advertising, keywords, ranking, pricing, promotions, inventory
• Experience leading marketplace teams with KPI and accountability frameworks
• Excellent analytical skills translating data into executive-level insights
