Job summary

SF EXPRESS (SF-KEX) in Seattle is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to support and grow our Amazon logistics business. The role focuses on managing the Amazon account, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities across cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with Operations, Solutions, Product, and Sales to drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and business development, while leveraging your deep familiarity with Amazon

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Amazon logistics, supply chain, or related account management.
• Strong network with Amazon stakeholders and teams is preferred.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP, pricing, and contract processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Amazon relationships and serve as a key point of contact for Amazon stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon procurement, logistics, transportation, and supply chain teams.
• Leverage existing Amazon connections to identify new business opportunities, relevant stakeholders, and potential projects.
• Support Amazon RFQ/RFP, procurement, pricing, contract, and new business processes.
• Monitor account revenue, volume, service performance, and profitability; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Solutions, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues and support successful implementation of new business.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide account updates and business development insights to management.
