Amazon Global Logistics is seeking an Account Manager I to drive new business acquisition and growth with FBA Sellers in the US market.

You will identify, qualify, and close new accounts, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver compelling logistics solutions. The role involves remote and in‑person presentations, strategic negotiations, onboarding support, and ongoing market analysis to boost revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold‑calling companies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
• Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and close new FBA Seller accounts to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently converting high‑potential leads into active clients.
• Implement consultative selling techniques to uncover FBA Sellers' supply chain challenges and present compelling solutions.
• Conduct persuasive remote and in‑person sales presentations to demonstrate the value of Amazon Global Logistics.
• Lead strategic negotiations with new clients to deliver compelling implementation frameworks.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and network connections.
• Create and maintain net new external facing content including guides and videos.
• Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to strengthen sales approaches.
