Futures is seeking a Director of Amazon in Los Angeles (Hybrid) to own the global Amazon revenue and profitability across US, UK, and EU. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale the Amazon channel while coordinating with DTC, TikTok Shop and Retail.

You will report to the VP, Ecommerce, owning roadmap, ad strategy, and international growth plans, while building and mentoring a small team and directing agency partners.

Competenze

• 7+ years within Ecommerce, including leadership experience.
• Beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brand background preferred.
• Proven ownership of a multi-million dollar Amazon P&L.

Mansioni

• Own the Amazon P&L across US, UK and EU markets; drive growth and profitability.
• Build annual and quarterly Amazon plans.
• Set Amazon strategy and manage overlap with DTC, TikTok Shop and Retail.
• Lead and develop a team as the channel scales.
• Drive performance across affiliate, creator, paid media and live commerce.
