Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, a leading adhesive tape manufacturer, seeks a National Account Manager, Ecommerce, to drive revenue and brand presence on Amazon.com. You will oversee the largest ecommerce relationship, generate growth, and collaborate with internal teams to advance a diverse brand portfolio in the digital space.

Key duties include developing strategies, optimizing listings and promotions, and managing forecasts while staying compliant with Amazon policies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and BI tools experience a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Vendor Central and ecommerce platforms.
• Experience in ecommerce advertising, marketing platforms, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complex business challenges; data-driven decisions.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee Amazon P&L and drive sustainable growth across the ecommerce portfolio.
• Collaborate with product and brand marketing to create compelling listings and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI; provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Forecasts collaboration with customers to support initiatives and stay compliant with Amazon policies.
