Health & Happiness (H&H) seeks an Amazon Manager to oversee e-commerce strategy for Zesty Paws in North America. Report to Ecommerce Director; lead a small team to drive Amazon listings, promotions, and profitability from end-to-end.

Role requires ownership of six-figure P&L and coordination across Marketing, Creative, Ops, and Finance to optimize content, campaigns, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Amazon/eCommerce businesses and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace, catalog, content, ads, and promotions.
• Proven ability to develop and execute channel growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon business strategy, revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and promotional planning for Amazon.
• Develop and optimize content, KPIs, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Ops, and Finance to drive growth.
