Job summary

Zesty Paws is partnering with Health & Happiness Group to recruit an Amazon Manager who will lead North America e-commerce for our pet nutrition brand. You will own the P&L, manage listings, promotions, and performance, and guide a small coordinator team to deliver growth.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Ops, and Finance to optimize content, ads, and promotions while balancing short‑term wins with long‑term brand equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Amazon/eCommerce with revenue or P&L responsibility.
• Strong profitability and financial performance experience.
• Deep understanding of Amazon (catalog, content, ads, promotions, analytics).
• Ability to develop and execute channel growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon business and six-figure P&L with revenue and margins.
• Develop annual, quarterly, monthly business plans for growth.
• Forecast, budget, promotions, and financial reporting for Amazon.
• Optimize listings, content, and brand experience on Amazon.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Sales.
• Analyze performance data and translate into actionable insights.
