Job summary

Almo Corporation is seeking an Amazon Account Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon operations, balancing catalog integrity with promotional accuracy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of e-commerce account management on major platforms (Amazon favored).
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Experience with item setup, availability monitoring, and online merchandising support.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong communicator with organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotional details are live, accurate and optimized.
• Internal and external brand engagement and collaboration, ensuring alignment on goals, promotional strategies, and operational execution.
• Partner with the CSM and brand stakeholders to monitor availability, sell-through, and readiness of items, driving growth opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding and maintenance of SKUs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Amazon standards.
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams on Cost Support Agreements (CSAs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure promotions and priorities are executed.
• Track and analyze performance metrics related to Amazon operations, inventory availability, and promotional effectiveness; share insights with brand partners.
• Troubleshoot catalog or content issues and ensure item-level data meets Amazon listing standards.
