Job summary

Workana LLC is a LATAM-focused B2B platform seeking an Amazon Account Manager to own Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) operations. You will manage listings, catalog content, and health metrics, while supporting ads campaigns and Brand Registry assets.

You will optimize listings with keyword research, monitor policy compliance, and address seller support issues, suspensions, and appeals as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P)
• Written English at a B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts
• Create and maintain product listings, variations, and catalog content
• Handle Seller Support cases, account issues, suspensions, and appeals
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
• Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Optimize listings through keyword research and backend search terms
• Manage Brand Registry assets including A+ Content
