Job summary

Verigent is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to support a large-scale migration to Amazon Connect. You will design, configure, integrate, test, and deploy Connect solutions as the organization moves from its current contact center platform.

The role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Connect,设计, configuration, and migration expertise. This six-month contract position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of contact center or enterprise voice experience.
Hands-on Amazon Connect design, configuration, and support.
Experience migrating contact centers to Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of a large-scale migration to Amazon Connect.
Design, configure, and implement Amazon Connect contact center environments.
Develop and configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, hours of operation, prompts, and call handling logic.
Assist with migration of users, phone numbers, queues, IVRs, call flows, and other components.
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, databases, and other systems.
Troubleshoot voice, routing, call flows, integrations, and system configuration issues.
Assist with SIP/telephony integrations and number porting as needed.
Develop and execute testing plans for functionality, integrations, and call routing.
Support cutover activities and post-migration stabilization.
