Lead Amazon Connect Support Engineer – Remote

What You'll Do

• Serve as the senior technical authority on the Managed Services team, owning the full lifecycle of cloud contact center solutions for enterprise customers.
• Establish and continuously improve the team\'s development standards, SLA targets, response benchmarks, and quality metrics, tracking performance and driving corrective action where targets are missed, setting the bar for what good looks like across the Connect practice
• Lead 24/7 proactive monitoring, own complex incident response and root cause analysis, and serve as the senior escalation point for the team\'s most technically challenging issues — communicating with customers throughout with clarity, urgency, and confidence

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $60.00 to $75.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
