Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring Amazon Connect environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with Amazon Lex, Polly, and other AWS AI/ML services.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with REST API integrations and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain contact flows, IVR systems, and call routing configurations within Amazon Connect.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, Lambda functions, and third-party APIs.
• Develop and optimize chatbots and virtual agents using Amazon Lex.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to contact center performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Document architectures, configurations, and development processes for ongoing support.
