Whatnot seeks a Marketing Manager to drive hyper-growth by growing sellers’ businesses across categories. You’ll design campaigns and events to generate demand, plan end-to-end on-platform experiences, manage influencer relationships, and partner with social and paid teams to execute category campaigns.

You’ll be data-driven, owning KPI tracking and cross-functional initiatives across multiple channels, while maintaining startup agility in a remote-friendly environment with San Francisco, LA,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace or creator-focused platform is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver impact.
• Data-driven with KPI tracking and performance analysis.
• Flexible and fast-moving in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own buyer acquisition across a priority category with campaigns and events.
• Plan and execute on-platform events, product releases and community moments.
• Manage influencers, including relationship ownership and reporting.
• Collaborate with social/paid teams to support tentpole campaigns.
• Measure and iterate category marketing initiatives for growth.
