Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Manager, Cargo and Technical Performance to manage the day-to-day operational relationship with Amazon, ensuring contractual compliance and driving continuous improvement in freighter operations and schedule reliability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to optimize schedules and crew productivity. Requires a Bachelor's degree and airline industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years analytics and team leadership experience.
• Ability to summarize and communicate data analysis conclusions.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) including pivot tables and macros.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational relationship with Amazon and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual compliance and monitor performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in freighter operational performance and schedule structure.
• Provide feedback on schedule structure and pilot/manning considerations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
