The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and 2+ years in analytics with leadership experience. On-site in Minneapolis, with travel and FAA-related expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with airline industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with 2+ years in analytics and team leadership.
• Ability to summarize data results and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast-moving environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational relationship with Amazon, including calls and reviews.
• Coordinate and resolve Amazon operational issues and write responses.
• Improve freighter performance through root cause analysis of disruptions.
• Analyze schedule structure and provide feedback to build reliable schedules.
• Ensure contractual compliance and report monthly metrics.
