Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Previous airline industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership experience (2+ years).
• Proficient in summarizing data insights and communicating results.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational relationship with Amazon, including daily calls and reviews.
• Coordinate and resolve Amazon operational issues and respond to requests.
• Ensure contractual compliance and monitor penalties with finance.
• Improve freighter operational performance through root-cause analysis.
• Analyze schedule structure and advise on reliable, productive schedules.
