Job summary

Floowi is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to manage Amazon Seller Central operations remotely. You will verify listings, pricing, images, and promotions while monitoring inventory and resolving issues through Seller Support cases.

The role requires advanced English and strong documentation skills; you’ll maintain trackers and ensure changes go live. Remote-friendly with USD compensation and full-time hours aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience setting up and verifying Amazon coupons, discounts, and promotions.
• Experience maintaining product listings and resolving suppressed listings and listing errors.
• Experience opening and following Seller Support cases through resolution.
• Strong organization and documentation skills using trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Seller Central dashboards, listing status, and account health to catch errors and suppressed listings early.
• Verify product pages for accurate content, pricing, and images, and update copy as needed.
• Set up coupons, discounts, and promotions, and confirm they are live and displaying correctly.
• Troubleshoot listings and offers not showing as expected and investigate before escalation.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock and out-of-stock products to the team.
• Open, track, and follow up on Seller Support cases through resolution.
• Maintain trackers documenting each task’s status, actions taken, pending follow-ups, and resolution.

Short Description

You will keep Amazon Seller Central accounts running smoothly day to day. Your focus will be checking listings, pricing, and images for accuracy, setting up and verifying promotions, and monitoring inventory availability. You will open and follow up on Seller Support cases until each issue is resolved, and keep clear trackers of every open item. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who confirms every change is live instead of assuming it is done.
